Hey, when things feel overwhelming it's hard for everyone. Whether you're coming in with emotional and relationship distress or finding yourself in challenging situations at this stage of your life. It's okay. I'm here to support you if you choose seek help. We'll bring down the intensity and help you connect with yourself and others, utilizing resources you may not have known you had. I'll help you stand on your own with a clear way forward and confidence. My background is in trauma, relationships, anxiety, and severe depression. I graduated from the U of A, so I'm familiar with that life. My approach is heavily influenced by EFT, somatic therapy, and the present moment. I work hard, so I can help you get where you want to be. Delivery is through secular-humanistic lens. I am accepting of everyone. No racism, no sexism, no ableism, no homophobia. If you're ready to take the next step. I'm really here to help and I have the training to do it. Feel free to contact by phone, email, or my website. Be well. I hope to see you soon.
