I'll help you stand on your own with a clear way forward and confidence. My background is in trauma, relationships, anxiety, and severe depression. I graduated from the U of A, so I'm familiar with that life. My approach is heavily influenced by EFT, somatic therapy, and the present moment. I work hard, so I can help you get where you want to be. Delivery is through secular-humanistic lens. I am accepting of everyone. No racism, no sexism, no ableism, no homophobia.
