Struggling with addiction or in recovery and looking for real support? You don't have to do it alone.

Hello, I’m Tiffnii Hughes. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and justice-involved clients through the challenges of addiction, co-occurring disorders, and emotional healing. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to support recovery, resilience, and long-term change. I provide telehealth-only counseling across North Carolina, allowing clients to access therapy conveniently and privately from their own space. Whether you're seeking support for recovery, anxiety, life transitions, or coping with a loved one's addiction, I am here to help you build insight and move forward.
