(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I'm a therapist with over 11 years of experience, serving clients age 14 and up. I look forward to supporting you while you work toward healing!
I'm so glad you're here, and I hope you can feel proud of taking this next step for yourself. I specialize in trauma therapy, working with individuals and families, focusing on healing generational, childhood, and religious trauma. I also enjoy supporting teens and young adults as they navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I see clients aged 14 and up, and I approach therapy through an anti-racist, radically inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. Together, we will work within an eclectic framework that fits our unique therapeutic relationship and your personal goals. Your healing truly matters to me. In our work together, I’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences, process pain, and find resilience. I draw from various therapeutic modalities to best suit your needs, always prioritizing a collaborative and respectful approach. In our sessions, I focus on building a trusting relationship where your voice is heard and your story is honored. Whether you are seeking individual therapy or family support, I will help guide you toward the healing that feels right for you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
