I have been working in the field of social work for over 20 years. In my time, I have learned that the human spirit is powerful and can overcome some of life's greatest challenges. I have learned that we are not alone in our struggles and I love being able to show people the power they have within. I am EMDR trained and use a strengths perspective in supporting individuals in overcoming what life tries to throw at us. And if I can't help someone, I love to provide other resources in our community that might be a better fit for their needs. I hope I can be apart of your healing process.
