Hello! I have been practicing for the past 7 years through my master's program, several required residencies, my doctoral program, various teaching residences, mental health community hospitals, volunteer shelters, and private practice. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, however, due to my specializations in grief, trauma, and sex and relationship therapy, my focus clientele is working with clients aged 16 and older, I approach treatment from the whole-person perspective with evidence-based strategies, and will work with you collaboratively to set and meet your individual goals. Clients of all backgrounds, identities, religions, sexual orientations, etc. are welcome in my practice. Most of my clinical counseling experience shifted to personality disorders, and in earning my certification to become a sex and relationship therapist. I am known for my transparency, empathy, and humor-driven outlook on life, which has given me the humbling ability to provide clinical insight to various populations. I often enjoy the opportunity to be a publishing, contributing author on current sex and relationship issues for many online and print magazines.
