Tiffany Baker-Chapman
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, & validated. I am here to support you in your mental health journey. Virtual Appts ONLY.
Hi, I’m Tiffany, owner and licensed clinician of Baker Therapy & Consulting Services, PLLC. I work with teens (16+) and professionals (21+) exploring identity, sexuality, and intimacy. My clients often struggle with self-criticism, trauma, and feeling like they don’t belong. Many are navigating life in survival mode, shaped by past experiences and systemic pressures. As a neurodivergent, queer, BIPOC therapist, I help marginalized individuals heal, grow confidence, and build lives rooted in authenticity and balance. I have (and continue to) deeply understand the challenges of feeling different and navigating various intersections of identity. Everyone deserves validation, and I'm here to assist in your mental health and growth. Whether it's low confidence, unresolved trauma, race, gender, or sexuality, I'll help navigate and foster self-acceptance. My upbringing emphasized the importance of caring for others, humility, and challenging societal norms, which has led me to specialize in trauma-based, somatic (body based) and feminist approaches (EMDR). I also value your comfort and confidence in our partnership, while also allowing the space for grace, being absolutely flawed. Through virtual therapy, I support BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent teens and professionals who are ready to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with themselves. My practice centers trauma-informed, somatic, and feminist approaches like EMDR to help clients process pain stored in both mind and body. Whether you're working through intimacy struggles, identity-related stress, or the weight of generational trauma, I offer a space rooted in compassion, authenticity, and liberation-focused care.
