Trauma Therapist
Greetings and Welcome! My focus is working with people who have experiences with navigating toxic family systems and childhood trauma especially emotional neglect. It can be challenging to find therapists that work with this focus so I welcome all who do and are in need of this support. The way I approach treatment depends on the client, it is tailored towards you and your needs. That said, I do use techniques outside of traditional talk therapy and am EMDR-Certified. I also use hypnotherapy, Reiki and may draw from other holistic methodologies as well.
