Inclusive mental health care with ADHD evals, support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and gender-affirming needs—all in a safe, welcoming space.

Hi, I’m Theresa, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and it often takes courage to take that first step. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, but some of the most meaningful work I’ve done has been within the campus community. These years are often filled with opportunity and excitem... My approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and respect. Above all, I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood. Each person I meet comes with unique needs. Men and women often experience different challenges with expectations, identity, and emotional well-being, and I welcome both. I also work closely with LGBTQ+ individuals and am committed to providing gender-affirming, identity-affirming support. Whether you’re exploring identity, seeking gender-affirming care, or simply wanting a provide... Clinically, I provide care for a wide range of concerns. I conduct ADHD evaluations and can help with accommodations to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to succeed. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and addiction. Addiction, in particular, is an area I care deeply about. Struggles with substances can feel isolating, but recovery is possible. My goal is to provide support that not only addresses symptoms, but also ... Through my years of practice, I’ve learned that mental health care is not just about managing a diagnosis or reducing symptoms. It’s about treating the whole person—your past, your present, and your hopes for the future. Maybe you’re carrying trauma that feels too heavy to put into words, maybe you’re feeling weighed down by stress or depression, or maybe you’re trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed. Whatever you’re going through, I want to hear your story. My role is not to judge or ... I know reaching out isn’t easy. Stigma around mental health still exists, and it can make people hesitant to seek the help they need. That’s why I approach this work with warmth, honesty, and openness. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You don’t need to have the right words to explain what you’re going through. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there—and together, we’ll take the next step. With more than 15 years of experience, I bring clinical knowledge, but what drives me most is the people I’ve been honored to serve. I’ve witnessed resilience in the face of hardship, strength in vulnerability, and growth where there once was only fear. These are the moments that inspire me every day. If you are looking for a provider who listens without judgment, values inclusivity and authenticity, and understands the unique challenges of life on campus and beyond, I would be honored to support you.
