Tessa has worked with clients in a variety of settings as both a practitioner and a supervisor. This breadth of experience has shown her that every person’s path to healing is unique. Tessa adapts her style and interventions to give her clients the support they need to find their unique healing path. She finds joy in combining her experience and training to support her clients on their journey towards health and happiness. Tessa has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment challenges, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, stress, impulse control, and post-partum issues.
