We enjoy working with those who would like to take a more holistic based approach to feeling better & look forward to learning how to best support you.
I am committed to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the personal development you need to make those adjustments and flourish in your life. I strive to encourage people to explore who they are and learn to manage their emotions more effectively while doing so in a way that encompasses a person as a whole, integrating their lifestyle and overall wellness with a holistic approach. I also understand that no two people are the same. With that in mind, I use a combination of various therapy models such as EMDR, Reality Therapy, CBT, and a Mindfulness practice (to name a few) to help you strive to improve your day to day routine, problem solve, and to obtain your true desires. I believe you have control over your own life and know yourself best. My purpose isn't to tell you what to do, but rather to provide you with the tools and skills in order to feel more freedom, increase your confidence, be inspired, and take care of yourself. I want to see you become self empowered & decrease negativity in your life, increase positive communication skills, and acknowledge & overcome your fears to get out of that “stuck” feeling you may be feeling in your own mind, in your life, and in your relationship with others. My intention is to offer support & tools, guidance, and clinical experience that you can apply rather than just talk therapy only as you navigate closer to your goals.
