Teresa Locascio
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I specialize in working with autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent humans seeking to better understand themselves and how to be in this world.
Hi there! I’m Teresa, a licensed therapist who loves working with college students - especially those who are neurodivergent and navigating life through a lens of self-discovery and growth. College can bring major transitions, identity shifts, and pressures that feel overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, stuck, burnt out, or just unsure of who you are or where you're headed, you're not alone and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself. I specialize in working with neurodivergent students, particularly those who are late-identified or newly diagnosed. Whether you're exploring what autism, ADHD, or another form of neurodivergence means for you, or trying to untangle years of masking and self-doubt, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your experience. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in self-compassion. I integrate somatic and creative tools, always adapting to your needs and preferences. I believe therapy should honor your inner wisdom—not try to “fix” you. If that sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I’d love to connect!
