Teresa Hale

Dr. T. Lynn Hale is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides integrative mental health care to patients across Texas. With a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree, she is committed to delivering individualized treatment that addresses the unique challenges of every patient with dignity and compassion. Her clinical focus includes serving adults across the lifespan, from young adults to seniors, with a specialization in medication management and therapeutic support. Dr. Hale treats a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and postpartum anxiety. She is particularly dedicated to supporting individuals through recovery from substance use, PTSD, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. Her experience extends to working with first responders, military veterans, and those who have been affected by head injuries. Additionally, she is proud to provide LGBTQ+-inclusive care. By utilizing a holistic and patient-centered approach, Dr. Hale blends medication management with tailored therapeutic interventions like mindfulness and exposure therapy to ensure a well-rounded path to healing. Outside of her clinical work in the Texas community, she stays active by playing pickleball, tending to her beehives, and playing the piano, violin, and harp. These diverse interests reflect her passion for life and her dedication to helping her patients find emotional well-being and balance.
