Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)

For the individuals I work with, food feels hard. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free environment for all individuals to share and process their experiences. My style is warm, approachable, and sprinkled with humor. I practice from a non-diet and HAES® aligned approach, and she enjoys delving into the science behind nutrition, helping her clients understand the 'why' behind the nutrition recommendations. Areas of interest: eating disorders, disordered eating and chronic dieting, ARFID, body image issues, intuitive eating and movement, and general nutrition. My favorite foods are: Sushi, pastries, anything I can put Texas Pete on, and a latte in a mug (for the right vibe). My hobbies include: Traveling, cozying up with my Kindle, looking at adoptable dogs online, exploring local coffee and pastry spots, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and golden pup, Franklin.
