Taylor Haig

I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief, and loss. I also have experience working in the child welfare system, the medical system, and in education. I have a special interest in helping clients navigate women’s health challenges, such as infertility, loss, NICU stays, and complicated birth experiences. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and would be honored to be a support through the often incredibly challenging time of learning how to be a parent. I believe in using solution-focused and strengths-based approaches to tailor sessions to fit your needs. I incorporate CBT and mindfulness into sessions as well. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which reprocesses trauma so that it no longer affects your day-to-day life. I am currently taking new clients. Glad you are taking this first step!
