I welcome clients who struggle with the symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and general life stress (and others) that contribute to self-regulation concerns!

I am a therapist for the girls, gays, and theys (and all of the unique marginalized intersecting identities in between)! Young adult women and those a part of the LGBTQ+ community are where my heart lives - among the communities that are often undeservedly underserved. With me, your humanness is our focal point. My work highlights self-empowerment, self-understanding, and emotion regulation. I love helping my clients learn or re-learn how to read where they are in their bodies and minds, how to recognize their needs, and how to communicate those things to others. I specialize in working with relational trauma, neurodivergence, and anxiety. Together, we can put functional systems in place that allow you to truly feel in control of your brain, rather than feeling as if it controls you. We often start with dissecting everyday struggles and then allow the deeper work to evolve as our therapeutic relationship strengthens.
