A space for you to find your most connected & present self.

Saying that Thrive is a place for individual therapy would kind of be like calling Home Depot a place where you can get a hammer and nails. Sure, you can get that there, but you can also get just about everything else for your home or yard there. We’re more than individual therapy. And we’re not just talking about couples therapy also. Thrive Is A Therapy Community | the place where you can work on your entire emotional self. Retreats. Support groups. Intensives. Mindfulness. Anxiety. Emotional Regulation. Workbooks. Should we go on? We’re reinventing how therapy is done. People need more. More than talking for 50 minutes with somebody who is a good listener. They need tools. Connection. Change. If you suspect there is a version of yourself that feels better, more connected to those around you, more present, and more flexible, we think your suspicion is probably right. And if you’ve been looking for a place where you can find that version of yourself…well, that’s what Thrive is.
