"The individual is thus both the picture and the artist." - Alfred Adler
I bring rawness, curiosity, and a touch of angst to our work, celebrating your quirks, sensitivities, and complexities as strengths that guide your growth. Together, we’ll create a space where your neurodivergence, sensitivities, and unique traits are embraced. In this space, we’ll explore meaning, authenticity, and connection, navigating personal growth and identity with compassion. We’ll dive into themes of self-discovery, authenticity, and finding meaning in life's challenges. You’ll have a place to explore personal growth, neurodivergence, and the complexities of being in a nuanced world. We’ll also focus on managing overwhelm, embracing sensitivities, and fostering meaningful connections. As I journey through my own neurodivergence, I bring curiosity and authenticity to our work, encouraging you to show up as your true self. I'm a board-approved clinical supervisor for training therapists, and I’m working on training my puppy to assist in therapy.
