As a Licensed Psychologist and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I can help you to learn different skills, manage your problems, feel empowered, uncover your truth, and enjoy a more balanced, peaceful and productive life. I am also a Budding Yogis Kids Certified Yoga Teacher who can teach children ages 2-12 yoga poses and mindfulness exercises. I have extensive experience and expertise working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I also utilize different techniques to help my clients, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Theraplay, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Biofeedback, etc. I look forward to hearing from you!
