Hello! I am Tasia Hawkins, LCMHC. I enjoy working with clients who need help managing emotions, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I work with individual adults and couples. I am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples therapy, and I use this method in my work with couples. Theories I utilize in my therapy practice include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Trauma Resiliency Model. I have a conversational style of therapy. I also am a strengths-based therapist, and I enjoy giving my clients tools and skills to work toward change.
