I work from a relational and psychodynamic perspective. I use mindfulness techniques and humor where appropriate. I work with couples and adults.
My approach is supportive and focused on cocreating an environment for which clients can begin to better understand themselves. Successful therapy will support a person in feeling relief both inside and outside of the therapist's office. Over time the therapy process helps people to feel more confident, more in control of their thinking patterns and behavior, and to have more satisfying relationships. I am also a MN Board approved supervisor.
