I have spent most of my career working with those affected by trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I use trauma-focused therapies like EMDR to decrease trauma symptoms like panic attacks, flashbacks, nightmares, and negative beliefs. I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression, which helps to improve your mood and learning new skills. I enjoy working with adults of all ages from various backgrounds.
