I work well with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed. I am compassionate, welcoming and direct.

I know from my own experience with mental illness that enacting change and seeking out counseling can be scary. I will work to support you in finding strength, resilience and embracing change. Counseling is a process and can take time. I am honored to support you on this journey. I will provide the safe space you have been looking for. I am able to incorporate evidence-based expressive arts interventions (ex: journaling, collage, movement, art, music). I approach therapy from a multicultural mindset where I will get to know you and your story, and discuss your treatment plan openly. I utilize methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Strengths Based and Solutions Focused in sessions.
