I assist you by providing a non-biased perspective and together we develop goals that are reasonable and achievable.

In therapy you have the opportunity to address challenges and struggles while learning effective coping skills in a non-judging environment. I assist you by providing a non-biased perspective and together we develop goals that are reasonable and achievable. As a mental health professional, I have had the remarkable opportunity over the last 15 years to work with diverse populations and a wide range of clients which include infants, children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); treating sexual abuse, physical abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety and removal from birth parents/caregivers. I also provide Psychological Immigration Evaluations for client's who are seeking Asylum, U-Visa, Hardship and VAWA.
