Our clients tell us they love our therapists for their authenticity and compassion. Our office has a bright and cozy feel.
Tara is passionate about developing others to more fully exist with purpose and intention. She loves helping clients to get clearer about what they want, make and sustain changes, and intensify their desired impact. As a therapist, a credentialed coach, and 12+ years of previous experience as an human resources leader, she is uniquely qualified to support a diverse clientele. Tara contracts currently with a global technology company as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultant. During the height of the mental health crisis brought on from the COVID-19 pandemic, Tara also worked a casual position in mental health triage at a busy, local emergency room. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), she provides counseling to adults and families with concerns in their life related to: anxiety, panic, trauma, transitions, stress, and relationships.
