Thank you for considering me for your counseling needs. For thirty years I have been successfully providing psychotherapy services to a widely diverse clientele. Many of my clients are seeking psychotherapy services to help them heal from depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, codependency, feelings of inadequacy/low self-esteem, relationship conflict, and academic stress. My caring and non-judgmental approach empowers my clients to achieve joy, happiness, and peace of mind. Although I am gentle with my advice, my clients appreciate my direct communication style to help them promote change and healing within themselves. I offer a variety of treatment modalities to provide effective therapy for college students. I believe now more than ever that my life purpose is to empower individuals to let go of their past hurts and pain to embrace happiness and find inner peace.
