Tanya’s counseling approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing,) with a blend of Solution Focus, Reality Therapy, and Family Systems.
