I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been a clinical social worker for 24 years. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective. I enjoy working with people struggling with a range of anxiety and mood disorders (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD) depression. Grief, loss are big areas of expertise. Self esteem issues. Antisemitism on campus is a specialty as well. Adjustment issues/Suicidal ideation and self harm. I utilize evidence based strategies and will work with you collaboratively to meet your individual needs/goals. This is your safe space. I welcome you here. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my virtual practice.
