I am looking forward to meeting you! Therapy can often feel like unfamiliar territory even when we know we need help. I provide a calm, safe, judgment-free zone. I meet the client where they are. I believe that what we think, and feel can affect our everyday lives. In addition to that, our physical and spiritual wellbeing can also affect our mental health.
