Helping others is my greatest passion. In my career I have rewardingly helped numerous clients through many difficulties I and would love to help you!

I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and take a compassionate, individualized approach to counseling. No two people are the same and neither are their obstacles. Individuals enter counseling for a variety of reasons and I understand the unique needs of each person. Whether you are looking for a more balanced life, working towards peace, or are dealing with a specific problem, I will help you achieve your goals and find hope and healing. We are in this together.
