Helping young adults build emotionally healthy, purposeful lives through a warm and practical space to explore challenges and move forward with clarity.

I specialize in helping young adults navigate school, work, relationships, emotions, life circumstances, faith, or just figuring out how to "adult". My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin making meaningful progress. I take a practical, solutions-focused approach and often use CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based tools to help you manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build healthy routines. I also support clients with organization, planning, and problem-solving to bring more structure and peace to daily life. If you're interested in faith-based support, I offer Christian counseling that incorporates prayer, Scripture, and spiritual reflection. This is always optional and never required. My aim is to support you in a way that aligns with your values and feels right for you. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers both practical tools and compassionate support, I’d love to connect. Your story matters, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you grow into the life you're meant to live.
