Tamesha Wiggins

Tamesha Wiggins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who provides care for adults ages 31–64 and seniors 65 and older. She offers telehealth sessions and creates a supportive, collaborative space where care is tailored to each person’s needs. Her practice addresses anxiety, depression, and panic; posttraumatic stress and trauma; and grief and loss. She also works with chronic illness and pain, sleep concerns, and physical stress, as well as anger and alcohol use. Clients seeking help with relationships among parents, children, and family, or navigating abuse and relationship violence, stalking, or harassment, receive careful attention to safety and stability.
