Tamara Mason

Tamara Mason is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota who has been in practice since 1987. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and focuses on helping individuals overcome feelings of being overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or depressed. Tamara’s care approach is centered on empowering clients to discover new tools and options that align with their current stage of life, allowing them to move beyond emotional hurdles and reclaim their power. Her clinical practice includes specialized treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Insomnia, mindfulness, and family therapy, as well as couples and marital counseling, Christian counseling, and faith-based treatment. She works with a broad range of populations, including teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. In her personal time, Tamara enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and studying Spanish. She also finds balance through reading, yoga, long walks, blogging, cooking, and sharing board games with her family.
