I provide culturally attuned therapy to high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma (personal or vicarious), and burnout.

I provide culturally attuned, trauma-informed therapy to high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), trauma, and burnout. As a Black woman who understands how uniquely our identities (race, class, gender, sexuality) intersect to shape our experiences, I am passionate about supporting Black and other BIPOC adults as they work to understand their mental health. I work well with clients who are thoughtful, driven, and used to pushing through, yet feel overwhelmed or stuck despite their strengths. You don't have to carry it alone. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we can explore patterns, tackle challenges, and move forward in ways that feel authentic to you. Considering therapy can bring up uncertainty, especially if you’re used to carrying a lot on your own. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to minimize any part of yourself, and your identity and lived experiences are respected. I would be honored to work with you.
