I facilitate experiential therapy work for people with anxiety, insecurities, panic, phobias, PTSD and complex trauma.
Hi! I love facilitating inner work to help people with their anxiety, panic, phobias and trauma symptoms. Rather than talk therapy, CBT or skills-based work, I use a trauma-focused approach. Many problems are rooted in experiences in the past. I use 4 different kinds of experiential therapy to help people process past experiences - Advanced EMDR and EMDR 2.0, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (mindfulness and body-based), Ego-State Therapy or Internal Family Systems (working with the parts of the self), and Psychodrama.
