We are a team of clinicians who value diversity and social justice and strive to establish authentic therapeutic relationships in a supportive environment
The clinicians at Psychological Wellness Group are generalist practitioners which means that we work with various presenting concerns, however each clinician has their own style of therapy and areas of interest. All of us use evidence-based approaches to therapy such as CBT, MBCT, EMDR, and DBT to name a few, to facilitate change.
