Making the decision to participate in therapy can be powerful and for some also overwhelming. Often times feeling a sense of hesitation stops us from moving forward. Congratulations on your decision to move forward! Through therapy, I work with clients to continue their journey of moving forward, by creating a space that will allow them to be themselves and help create awareness of the initial reason(s) for coming in while also working through what may come up in the present moment. During our journey towards our best selves, we may need someone alongside us as we work towards understanding the different challenges that arise. I’m Sydney and have been fortunate to work with children, adolescents, and adults as they experienced a variety of challenges and roadblocks that impact not only how they see themselves in the world, but also how they can accomplish their goals. I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed lens to tailor specific goals for each client. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide variety of issues such as self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, adjustment disorder, and more.
