A collaborative, inclusive space for healing, self-awareness, and transformation.
Hi there! I’m Suzy, a therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate and inclusive space for your healing and self-discovery. I believe that therapy is not just about overcoming challenges, but about reconnecting with your authentic self. My approach is collaborative, relaxed, and non-judgmental, and I focus on creating a space where you can feel heard and supported. I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, talk therapy, and somatic practices, to help you understand your inner world, heal past wounds, and cultivate emotional regulation. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together at your pace to help you move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I deeply honor your unique experiences and identity, and my practice is built on showing up authentically and with care. What makes my approach unique is my focus on creating a safe, inclusive space where you can explore and heal at your own pace. Whether you're working through past experiences or building resilience for the future, I’m here to support you in every step of your journey.

IFS Institute
IFS teaches you how to understand the different parts of yourself – like the parts that protect you or the parts that feel hurt. It helps you connect with these parts in a kind, compassionate way, so you can heal and feel more balanced.
IFS Institute
This training focuses on using IFS in couples therapy. It helps you explore how each partner’s internal system impacts their relationship and teaches you how to guide couples through deeper emotional connection and healing.
EMDRIA
This training teaches you how to use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people heal from trauma. This approach helps you process painful memories by using guided eye movements to rewire how your brain stores these experiences. The training gives you the tools to help clients overcome anxiety, fear, and other emotional challenges, leading to lasting healing and emotional balance.
MSW (Master of Social Work), 2018
I studied various interventions for the treatment of trauma.
