I've worked in the local community as a therapist for about 25 years and transitioned to private practice in 2018. I enjoy working with students, professionals, and adults of all ages who are facing struggles that range from managing everyday stress to grief to coping with past trauma. My experience includes working with clients dealing with substance abuse concerns, sexual assault, shame or self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression and relationship or family issues. My approach is supportive and client-centered, based upon each individual's particular needs.
