My deep passion is helping clients learn to cope and heal from painful losses and trauma and find real hope. Whether your issue is a chronic illness, addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse or a combination of all of these, I am experienced and glad to guide and walk with you through it. There is always hope for things to improve, for life to have meaning and purpose again, and to regain a healthier and truer sense of who you are, no matter your circumstances.
