I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist; I teach practical techniques that you can use for a lifetime of emotional stability. Feel better, Get better!

I am doing the best work of my 30+ year career! I practice TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (FeelingGoodInstitute.com). You will get the most out of our work if you practice the techniques that we discuss in session. Plan to be an active participant in the work, and you can change your life. I have returned to taking insurance, and I use a company called Headway to manage all the claims work. So both my clients and I have the support to insure that payments are processed. You can contact Headway with any insurance changes, or questions. I am happy to meet with you before we start our work at no charge to assess if we are a good match to achieve the goals of therapy you have in mind. You will find my approach to be very different than most other therapists. I will help you understand how your thoughts impact your mood, and how to process those thoughts to improve your mood. Techniques that can be practiced to lead to much more emotional stability. Feel better, get better!
