Hello, thank you for taking the time to get to know us. I am the founder and CEO of Telebehavioral Health.US. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Trauma Informed Care. My favorite thing to do besides roller skate is help others understand how our brains impact our thoughts, feelings and actions. I live in Michigan with my two children and our dog, Bear. In the summer you can find me on the skate trail and in the winter I hibernate.
