My counseling approach is client-centered and collaborative, integrating both Biblical and clinical perspectives to support holistic growth.

My heart for ministry fuels who I am as a counselor—I believe God uses counseling as a means of restoration and transformation. Whether you are seeking support for your mental health, working through past hurts, or longing for spiritual renewal, my goal is to walk with you toward wholeness in Christ. Before becoming a counselor, I earned a degree in Biblical Studies, served in numerous church plants, and participated in music ministry, prayer teams, and nursing home ministry. Through those experiences, I witnessed how life’s hardships can shake our identity, faith, and sense of purpose. These moments deepened my calling to create a safe space for people to process their pain and find hope. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am currently a Resident in Counseling. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and spiritual concerns. My approach to counseling is client-centered and collaborative. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based techniques. I hold Level 1 training with the Gottman Institute and am certified in the Prepare/Enrich program, which equips me to work effectively with couples and families. It is a privilege to walk alongside each client, helping them build resilience, experience healing, and rediscover hope.
