I am here to help couples and individuals to have less conflict and more connection and fulfillment in their relationships.

I am here for for couples and individuals tired of the same relationship problem showing up over and over. We might be a fit if: - You and your partner keep having the same fight, just about different topics — or you notice the same dynamic repeating across relationships, friendships, or even at work - You (or your partner) shut down, over-function, or over-apologize under conflict, and aren't sure why - You've done "talk about your feelings" therapy before and want to experience doing something with them and actually feeling different - You are ready to break out of old patterns keeping you trapped in the same dynamics I am a relational therapist, whether that is in couples work or individual. I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I have specialized training and a passion for how ADHD impacts relationships. I also integrate years of experience and knowledge around somatic experience and trauma. I am explicitly secular in my work. I am passionate about working with LGTBQ+ folx and other marginalized communities. I welcome you to contact me to set up a consultation call or even just go ahead and book a first session to see if this feels like a good fit.
