I am excited to work with people who want to make real change and forward progress in their lives. I am explicitly secular and inclusive of all.

I approach therapy from a strengths-based and somatic perspective. Which is a fancy way of saying that, even though you might feel like things are really hard, you're probably doing more right than wrong. Together we can focus on increasing the things you are doing well and getting you stronger. Part of how we will do this will be to help you improve the connection between your conscious cognitions and your nervous system responses. I believe in health at every size, that love is love, that the color of your skin, the accent of your tongue, the gender you were assigned at birth, and everything else in between affects how you move through this world. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your therapy process and help you get unstuck.
