I enjoy working with university students from all backgrounds. Having worked in university counseling centers previously, I am familiar with the unique struggles that undergraduate and graduate students face. I strive to provide compassionate and evidenced based care to all of my clients. I use a collaborative approach to help you find the most appropriate interventions to meet your needs through supportive discussions and medication management. I recognize that everyone’s lived experience is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. It is my goal to ensure that you have the most up to date information to make well-informed healthcare decisions that you feel comfortable with. I have 14 years of nursing experience. I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Although anxiety disorders are my specialty, I have experience working with a wide range of challenges including, depression, trauma, OCD and bipolar disorder.
