Psychologist
I’ve been a clinical psychologist in private practice for 25 years, and I enjoy working with college students.
I’ve been a clinical psychologist in private practice for 25 years, with offices in Claremont and Pasadena. I love working with college students and feel privileged to help my patients on their journey. My approach incorporates mindfulness-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and general supportive counseling. I have additional expertise working with patients coming from high-conflict environments, including those with a history of substance abuse and trauma. I help my patients deal more effectively with the pain of negative thoughts and feelings, encourage them to have a broader perspective on their challenges, and assist them in identifying and meeting their goals.
