I specialize in helping young adults who feel overwhelmed and unable to live life fully due to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and medical issues.

My specialty is helping quarter-life adults (ages 18-35) navigate the unique challenges of early adulthood, such as academic pressure, career and financial uncertainty, and shifting roles and relationships. My practice is especially supportive of young adults healing from complex trauma, as well as those who are living with chronic illness and may feel emotionally isolated or misunderstood. I provide a welcoming and supportive space to process emotions and experiences, to work on personal growth and interpersonal relationships, and to recognize self-limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns that can often cause one to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsettled. Together, we identify strategies that will help the client move through life with more confidence and ease.
