I offer compassionate, systemic-based therapy for individuals and parents seeking meaningful growth and lasting change.

Many of us struggle with identity, belonging, and adjusting to life events. You may feel stuck or overwhelmed with expectations. I am not here to tell you what to do. I guide you toward a life based on choice and self-acceptance. I work with all ages and specialize in neurodiversity, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties. I help parents balance their responsibilities and individual needs. Through the therapeutic relationship, we identify strengths and barriers in your life by setting healthy boundaries to build independence and self-acceptance. I believe in creating a personalized plan aligned with your values. I bring kindness, compassion, and authenticity to every session as we find coping skills that work for you. I am always happy to hear about your special interests or passions and encourage self-expression and creativity. I also help kids and adults with executive functioning skills. It can be hard to be vulnerable and ask for help. Reaching out is a commendable step and I am here to meet you where you are. Whether you are struggling with a mental health condition or a past or present life event, we will work together so you feel empowered and safe.
