As an eating disorder specialist I work with people in all stages of their recovery. I am certified in Intuitive Eating and practice a non-diet approach to recovery. I strongly believe that movement can be a part of recovering from negative body image, eating disorders or disordered eating. In treating a whole person by using an interpersonal method of psychotherapy or psychoanalysis we can uncover some underlying causes for the struggles you may be going through. I work with both adolescents and adults.
