Work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, substance abuse, and self-esteem issues, as well as many others.
Conducts psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of reasons including diagnostic clarification, treatment formulation, clearance for bariatric surgery, ADHD assessment, and intelligence and academic abilities. Dr. Roque also works with criminal courts to complete forensic evaluations of defendants’ competency and mental status at the time of the offense. Dr. Roque completed her clinical internship with the Broward Sherriff’s Office, North Broward Bureau. Her work there included providing mental health services to inmates with psychiatric disorders, including group and individual therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments. Dr. Roque is fluent in English and Spanish, and able to provide services in both languages.
