I specialize in trauma treatments such as EMDR and have extensive history treating sexual trauma. I also host Adult ADHD educational & support groups.
I use a compassionate, intentional, fun-loving style to make you feel comfortable and safe in therapy. I love a good laugh, treasure heartfelt moments, and am always excited to do a little problem-solving. I particularly enjoy working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ population, and early-career helping professionals (e.g. mental health or medical professionals, community or non-profit workers, teachers, ministry leaders, etc.).
